The Belfast Celtic Society was established in November 2003 to encourage an appreciation, knowledge and
awareness among the general public of the historical and cultural heritage of Belfast Celtic Football and Athletic Club.

The Society has been granted charitable status and one of our main aims is to raise funds for charitable causes and the establishment of a permanent collection of Belfast Celtic memorabilia in Belfast. All funds raised will be used for this purpose.

Charlie Tully Badge

The Society has commissioned two new badges to raise funds. Both badges are limited editions of 100. You can purchase the badges for £5.00 each (post and packaging included).

The first badge is in honour of Charles Patrick Tully who played for the Celtic in both Belfast and Glasgow. The badge has three colors, includes a portrait photograph of "Cheeky Charlie" and the text Charlie Tully, Celtic Legend 1924 - 1971 - Belfast and Glasgow.

60th Anniversary Badge

The second badge is to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Celtic's famous victory against Scotland on the final tour of North America in 1949.

The badge includes the scoreline and date of the match and the text Belfast Football and Athletic Club 1891 - 1949.

Charlie Tully T-shirt

We have also produced a range of orginal t-shirts in limited quantities as part of our fund raising efforts. The first shirts in the series were the Society t-shirt and a "Belfast Legends" shirt featuring three great players of years gone by - Jimmy Jones, Mickey Hamill and Charlie Tully. These shirts are now sold out. The latest t-shirt is "Charlie Tully - Celtic Legend" and is available in bottle green. The shirts cost £10 incl. post and packaging.
